Charles Booth and Carole J. Petersen spoke about “Hong Kong Since 1997: Resilience During 15 Years of Extraordinary Change, 23rd Language and Culture Seminar,” at the Center for Asia-Pacific Exchange on November 12.
Charles also was a member of a four-person team that assisted an Evaluation Department review of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Legal Transition Programmes from 2001 to 2010. The EBRD’s recent online publication “Special Study—Legal Transition Programme Review” lists 30 legal reform and advisory projects in Armenia, Hungary, Mongolia, Russia and Serbia.
